The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

While the location may not have been in the prime tourist district, it was only a short walk away. Excellent and helpful staff make this place an interesting place to stay.

On arriving at the hotel i was told they had no booking for me and i showed them the print out i had off my comp. and they told me they never heard of travel corner company and they dont deal with them.i stayed 9 nights and paid them 150 dollars cash with receipt ?So what happened to the 250 dollars i paid over the net for my booking ??The Breakfast was a joke for me i ate outside every day.I would not recomend this Hotel for Europeans only Chinese ??Thankyou Douglas A Thomas.

The Big Luck Hotel is a great hotel to stay in while visiting Phnom Penh. It is centrally located to the Central Market. The rooms are large, clean & well maintained. The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast, which is included, is excellent! It was a great hotel choice. Moderate prices & excellent accommodations.
