Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Location is good, nearby Independence Monument within walking distance. Room is spacious and has privacy for triple bedroom, separating twin sharing with another single bed in a room. Overall, I am satisfield with it.

We waited at the airport for a promised transport to the hotel which never came. Instead we paid for a cab, When I confronted the hotel staff about this, the treated it as no big deal and didn't even offer an apology, much less reimbursment for cab fare.

I did not stay at the hotel. I was given the impression when I booked the hotel that there was a complimentary pick up. However, when we called up to confirm the time of arrival, we were told that there was a charge of USD7.

well, i did an online reservation and check the box for an airport to hotel transfer, but apparently nobody showed up to pick me and my buddy up. and when i asked the receptionist assigned that day, she could not explain.
