Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

We would like to comment that your water heater is not working well. Luckily the weather is pretty hot and we really did not need hot water for bathing in the day time. But, after a late night out.... the water is really cold! Guess, you need to improve on that. Your air-conditioner is pretty old too (Window units) It's like sleeping next to a moving lorry!!

Overall, your hotel has a good location. I would certainly recommend to my friends.

The hotel has given away my room upon my arrival, Despite my flight was punctual. However they accommodated me in a nearby hotel of almost the same quality.I think it is not acceptable when our booking is guaranteed and confirmed with a creadit card such incidents to happen. Had I been late I would have understood that but seems the hotel only cared to cover their availability not respecting their reservations made online...

This is an overrated place. The only 'advantage' is its location. When we reached there, they had no idea about my reservation made through you (I had a reference number too). I was taken to a mouldy tiny little room on the 4th or 5th floor (no elevator) and told that that was the room available for the rate I said I had booked for. I paid a few dollars more and got a marginally better room on the 3rd floor. It had one tiny wall fan which could not cover the room and we had a miserable night in the sweltering heat. They did help me find a good 'tuk-tuk' guy for transportation. We left early in the morning and went to The Bodhi Tree which was much much better.

generally ok. But the triple room that i was put into had problems with air-cond. I complained & they said it is fixed. We were without air-cond whole night & it was torture! We push down the price for the triple room because no air-cond.

Great location just blocks from the riverfront. Spacious for a guest house and fairly clean. The bathroom is becoming a little run down though. Lots of English tv channels and air conditioning!
