Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

FCC Phnom Penh has an average customer care rating of 4.36 (out of a possible 5). The scores for each parameter are:

Mr. Christopher Cleary - Australia on 31/12/2007	The rooms at FCC are really quite comfortable with great beds and really good bathrooms. The position of FCC is also right in the middle of everything along the riverside. The only downside is the noise at night and early in the morning but I suspect this is the same everywhere in Phnom Penh in the busy areas and being a heavy sleeper did not pose a real problem for me.

Mr. Jay Hopkins - United States on 07/12/2006	The FCC is fantastic and I would highly recommend it as a great place to stay in PP. The location is fun and the room was very comfortable. The service could not have been any better. Loved the showers, great satellite TV reception and variety, great balcony where I spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the atmosphere of the river front area in PP. Possible drawbacks: None for me but some people might like to have a pool. I have stayed at the Hotel Le Royal, which has two lovely pools and is a great place to stay for atmosphere quality etc. but it is much, much more expensive than the FCC. The other drawback might be the noise of the riverfront which is quite high, but I found that the room at the FCC must have sound proof glass because I never noticed it and never lost any sleep.
Ms. Jennifer Lloyd - Australia on 03/10/2006	Great place to stay - close to everything and the river views are great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The noise from the bar and the street can be a bit much but not too bad to bear !
