Often described as 'the most charming place to stay in Phnom Penh', Frangipani Villa offers a unique and well-priced accommodation experience, combining friendly and comfortable villa accommodation with a unique café opportunity. The motivation behind Frangipani Villa is inspired by travelers who expressed a gap in the accommodation options available in Phnom Penh, with particular emphasis on pleasant establishments in which to relax and meet with friends.

Frangipani Villa is a newly renovated 1960s (Golden era) building, offering a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of Phnom Penh and, thus, makes it an ideal base from which to explore all the sights and services in the city.

Renovations by local architects and landscape architects aimed to restore original foundations and utilized locally produced materials and labor to create a harmonious atmosphere. Local staff are mostly hired from the local NGOs Friends and Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, working to support street children and marginalized community members through informal education and training programs.

Frangipani Villa is linked with Child Safe, a network protecting children from all forms of abuse.

The restaurant features Khmer and European cuisine, as well as a selection of coffees and teas. You can enjoy all meals and breakfast as early as 07:00 (or even earlier, if requested).

In addition to a range of facilities, the management and staff at Frangipani Villa are happy to help you to facilitate ticketing, and vehicle renting, etc.

Late check out policy:

The official check-in time is 14:00 hours. However, the management and staff at Frangipani Villa will make every effort to accommodate any guest arriving prior to 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure and late check-outs are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Guaranteed reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night charge, and a full charge of maximum nights booked in the event of non-arrival (no-show) on the day. In order to avoid cancellation charges you must advise a cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. Special regulations for groups apply.
