Renovations by local architects and landscape architects aimed to restore original foundations and utilized locally produced materials and labor to create a harmonious atmosphere.
Local staff are mostly hired from the local NGOs Friends and Pour un Sourire d'Enfant, working to support street children and marginalized community members through informal education and training programs.
Frangipani Villa 90s also has installed a solar powered hot water system to cut back on electricity consumption.
