The preparation for the rooms booked was not adequately done. We have to endure technician repairing the air-conditioning of one of the rooms in the middle of the night. Only upon further complaints was a room being replaced. |

We requested pickup from the airport and this was not fullfilled so we had to catch a cab. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful in making travel arrangements to our next destination. |

When we entered the hotel room, the toilet was running out of toilet paper and the rubbish bin was not emptied. The next day morning at 6:30am, the cleaner actually opened our door whilst we are inside the room sleeping. This is very rude and posed danger to the hotel guest. |

The front office staff was very helpful and honest. They manage to get us a rented seven seater van at a very good rate!! |

I received a different room from that which was placed in my booking. In my hotel booking, it was specified that there will be four occupants for a family room of three so I ordered an extra bed. It was assured that there will be free buffet breakfast for four. When I got there, the hotel management would not let all four of us occupy a room and only three free breakfast coupons were allowed to be given. Good thing was my Cambodian friend talked them into allowing us to stay in one room and we just paid for the extra free breakfast of our other companion. |

Phone ringing by the coridor can be irritating when one is sleeping. Other than that it is ok |

i wish i had spent more money on accomodation in phnom penh...our rooms had no windows and were dirty ...the sheets and towels seemed dirty with hairs in bed and threadbare. lights did not work properly, also remote etc for tv broken. overall it was a very dismal stay there. most staff were NOT friendly and the breakfast buffet was horrible with little choice. my daughter slightly soiled a towel as she was unwell and they charged us 9usd....not happy i would have rinsed it myself instead of paying had i known...bad customer service. i would definately not recommend this hotel and was sorry i chose it when i could probably have paid a little more and got a much better hotel. it was by far the worst hotel in our 4 week trip to vietnam and cambodia. the concierge guy was good and recommended a great driver for us....only good thing about our stay here. sorry.....your service booking was good thanks but dont recommend new york hotel though. kind regards joanne hill and family |
