Deposit Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through www.phnompenh-hotels.org/ are all instant bookings. Credit card details will be requested through our secure online payment system and a non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking. Please note cancellation policies apply and are specific to the hotel you are booking. In the event of a breach of these cancellation policies, the credit card details provided will be debited the amount as stated in the hotels cancellation policy. Teamworkz will always provide a 14 day notice period for any such transaction. Please check cancellation policies carefully when making your booking, as Teamworkz are bound by these conditions.
Booking Cancellations
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will be considered cancelled once the traveller has informed either the hotel or Teamworkz and has received confirmation of the change of status by either the hotel or Teamworkz. Should the policy be unclear, please contact the Teamworkz before making your booking.
In the event of a no-show or breach of the hotels cancellation policy - Teamworkz will provide the hotel with the customers credit card details to process the amount owed as a result of the no-show or breach. Teamworkz will always oversee and authorise the amount that the hotel charges and ask for proof of this transaction from the hotel within 3 days of charge being processed.
